Description:
In Calc, we can change background color of comment. Not in Writer, we can only
change font color and add some font effects.
Steps to Reproduce:
In Calc, we can change background color of comment in the context menu.
In Writer, we can only change font color and add some font effects.
Actual Results:
No option to change background color of comments.
Expected Results:
An option to change background color of comments in Writer.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
