Export as PDF, use the Create PDF form checkbox with the FDF template 7. open the resulting PDF in Adobe Reader and use its Fill & Sign mode 8. the tab order does not match the sequence of the 'Activation Order...' dialog rather seems to follow the *raw* sequence of the 'Form Navigator...'
