@C : hello, you have reported this bug against LibreOffice on macOS.
On macOS, LibreOffice usually requires a full JDK, not a JRE.
The JDKs are generally installed in
HD/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines
For example:
HD/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/temurin-21.jdk
which, in the above case, corresponds to the Eclipse Adoptium version of the
JDK for macOS Silicon (aarch64).
Could you indicate where you obtained the JRE in question from ?
I can not reproduce this behaviour with a mysql database ODB file, when using
the wizard to create a form based on a single table, with the temurin 21 JDK.
