Description:
In order to make it easier for individuals to add conditional formattings to a
spreadsheet, we could create a menu like this:
Format->Conditional->Condition->Greater than/Less than/Equals etc.
Which would open a dialog where you can specify the value (ie. Greater than X)
and the style to add the conditional formatting into the selected range, with a
possiblity to reconfigure said range.
Excel has similar functionality.
