1. Simply open attached Sample document which contains some versions of the 
   same Text Frame
   » Expected: all show character "@" in it
   » Actual: Depending on rotation angle and Text Frame size sometimes "@"
     is completely invisible, sometimes only partially shown.

a)First I observed the problem in a complex DRAWing
a1) The Text frame top left in sample document has been extracted from
    that complex drawing
a2) But also reproducible with newly created text box
b) NOT reproducible with  Installation of Version: 7.6.1.1 (X86_64)
