add option to NOT print (or save as pdf) blank pages because of manual page
break
Issue: When I put a manual page break at the end of a chapter, if the (end-of)
the chapter fills the page, the manual page break is put on the following page
and printing/saving-PDF the document results in blank pages appearing after the
manual page break in the document.
