First options in the dialog with KeyIDs (qtz locale)
In the Caption options dialog (right click an image - Insert Caption - Options
button), there are "Character style" and "Up to level" dropdown with the first
option "None".
Both options share the same string, therefore it is not possible to do a proper
localization if a specific translation for each string is needed (e.g. if
gender of "style" and "level" differs).
