Just pointing out one type of argument used in turning down (or supporting) requests of this type in the past :) So your suggestion would be something like the existing shape "Double Bracket" (or "Double Brace") with a connector attached like "Line Connector" 1, 2 and 3 have. Constructing it like that would be the current workaround. Right? Our current callout shapes collection only have 7 elements. OnlyOffice and MS Office 365 have 16 (the same ones).
