Furigana (used for Japanese) is a phonetic notation that accompanies
traditional Japanese Kanji characters in the form of hiragana (kana) next to or
above the original character.
In furigana, the Kanji, together with the hiragana characters, form a single
entity. In a correct rendering, I expect the frame to be drawn around the Kanji
as well as the hiragana. Kanji + hiragana + whitespace should all be included
in a single frame.
