Description:
I’ve now figured out the bug, that makes the cursor jump to the last heading
when moving paragraphs/list-items up/down:
1. Start in safe-mode, so you know that the bug isn’t only happening in your
user profile
2. Tools → Options → LibreOffice Writer (tab on the left) → View → Enable
„Show-outline folding buttons“
3. Create a heading
4. Below that, create a list with some items
5. Move an item up or down (with hotkeys or buttons)
6. Cursor jumps to the heading above
Steps to Reproduce:
