Testing this, I realised I have to install https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/vero-verificador-ortografico-e-hifenizador-em-portugues-do-brasil After installing the pt-br Vero extension, I see the problem: Strom. lib. II. is marked as footnote 4 on page 2.
