Split from bug 122080, see bug 122080 comment 20.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Impress, cancel the Template dialog
2. Expand Master Slides sidebar deck, apply Blueprint Plans template
3. Apply a different one, e.g. Growing Liberty
4. Apply Blueprint Plans again
Result: blue slide.
Started when template was made available in 6.0:
