Description:
Slide background does not stay transparent when saving, closing and re-opening
that slide deck. This was demonstrated several times in my test. Slide was:
one slide, two jpeg background images and two text boxes.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open slide deck
2. adjust transparency and save
3. reopen
4. slide background does not 'keep' transparency and reverts to 'no
transparency' on reopening when using RIGHT CLICK/Slide Properties

Slide maintains NNN% transparency on reopening.
