The Paste Special dialog with Simple HTML option

This is a followup to bug 157363

After the fixes there, the Paste Special dialog of Impress shows a new paste
format: Simple HTML.
But the Paste button on the Standard toolbar does not show this.

1. Open attachment 189736 from bug 157363 in PowerPoint
2. Copy the text in one of the boxes
3. In Impress go to Edit - Paste Special - Paste Special
4. Notice there is a Simple HTML option in the dialog. Select it.
-> The content from PP is pasted with a working hyperlink (so bug 157363 is
fixed)
5. Now drop down the Paste button in the Standard toolbar
-> The Simple HTML format is not listed.

Note: The Paste buttons dropdown list contains the Simple HTML option in Writer
and Calc.
