Sample of Header Enhancement
Currently, when you choose Header on in the Header tab of the Page dialog, the
Header paragraph style is automatically associated with the header of the page
style.
It would be nice if a selection was added to the Header tab so you could choose
whether to use the Header Right or Header Left paragraph style.
It would be nice if a similar selection was added to the Footer tab of the Page
Style dialog to choose whether to use the Footer Right or Footer Left paragraph
style.
