I just confirm that on Win7 this problem not happen with other email client. Maybe you can test to reproduce using other email client (e.g. Mozila Thunderbird)? If not, we have to wait someone with LO 4.0.3.3, Evolution, & Linux (should be Fedora) to confirm this problem.
