We create Internet connections in many places. However, we don't use proxy
configuration consistently. One example is bug 156662 for LanguageTool
connector. Also we have the same problem in DeepL translator and cryptography.
Searching for InitCurl_easy (used universally to set up curl in our codebase)
gives all the relevant places.
