This is still an issue in 7.6.3.2. Does any libreoffice developer know where to
get started with fixing the issue?

While editing and the video has not been played, the order is respected. But
the moment the video is played, the order is broken. The order is not fixed
until the video is stopped by clicking the "stop" button.

I'm not familiar with the libreoffice code, but after taking a peak is it maybe
somewhere in the implementation of XPlayer, XWindow, or XPlayerWindow for each
of the platform implementations? What interfaces should control the draw order
of objects?
