When a value editing box is opened in the Expert Config dialog, this can be
hidden by clicking on the Expert Config dialog behind it, effectively hiding it
from view.
1. Go to Tools - Options
2. Advanced - Open Expert Configuration
3. Open any value for editing, such as the ones under oo.Inet.Settings
4. Click on the Expert Configuration dialog
-> The value editing popup is behind the larger Expert Configuration dialog
