Title paragraphs? Hmm, I don't remember asking for that... and bookmarks are
typically zero-width (although the flashing seems to be of a full character).

Do you want disablement of all of it, or just for things like headings, tables,
frames etc?

The problem with it is that it was extremely easy to miss. But it's not as
though a black highlight was my initial idea.
