Description:
For some reason this specific file needs ~1 minute to open using libreoffice
calc. The file is really small so I dont understand why it takes so long. I
consider this a bug or a corrupted file.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the file I attached. May need to be opened on windows 11, as I use.
2. Observe it takes more than 30 seconds to load, saying "loading document..."
at the bottom left.
3. After it loads, observe that the file is small.
Actual Results:
1. Open the file I attached. May need to be opened on windows 11, as I use.

1. Open the file I attached. May need to be opened on windows 11, as I use.
2. It should take up to 5 seconds to load that file.

I Just also notices that My version it says its windows 10 but I have windows
11. My pc is fast, it shouldt take so much time. I created this file in my pc.
I tried opening the file in another laptop, which has an older version of
libreoffice and it opened fast there.
