I can do that by using the Format > Bullets and Numbering dialog, without
affecting slide 2:
1. format > bullets and numbering
2. Level: 2; Type: bullet; Relative size: 50%; Scope: Slide
3. Click in third line; use "Promote outline level" in Properties sidebar deck

What specifically were you seeing as missing, Regina and Heiko?

Version: 24.2.0.0.alpha1+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 43967453e15e1d054972a7586cfef8f8e0866270
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 5.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

(I could do the same, without the "scope" part, in 6.0)
