The addition 'locked'/ disabled symbol causes the dialog elements to shift
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Tools -> Options -> View
3. Check/uncheck "Use Skia for all rendering"
Actual Results:
Dancing UI
Expected Results:
Only the 'key' gets added, without dialog change
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
