For the note: 

I did not install any extra plugins, I just downloaded the package and
installed it without any customization. It automatically detects that I am in
fr-CH localization.

After followed the instruction of 'ady' I can say the faulty module is the
third option (I disabled all but re-enabled the 2 first afterwards and the
issue is gone.)


Then for me there is a workaround and I am happy, but I think my bug is still
present with the option: 

* AutoCorrect > Localized Options > "Add non-breaking space before specific
punctuation marks in French text"

This option is less helpful in Calc but in Text it can be more useful:
unfortunately when disabling it in Calc it is also disabled in Text.

I let you to change the status if you think it's really a bug.
