First I saved an ods file with this version :

Next I sent it to someone who added some content with M. Excel 16.0. Below is
the extract of meta.xml inside the ods file he sent back to me :

I had a warning when opening his ods file, in French : "Impossible de charger
la totalité des données : dépassement du nombre maximal de colonnes par
feuille".
When I click "ok", I can edit the ods file and it seems correct.
