Description:
I cannot find any function that allows one to choose a thicker border for a
cell/ row/ column.... left/right..... top/bottom.
The only options I see relate to placement, style and colour but no thickness.
These are located as icons on the task bar at the top. I could not find these
functions amongst the dropdown list of available functions!

Additional Info:
Thicker border generated by Excel 2013 edition does appear in Calc but a new
thick border cannot be created by your software.
