Description:
Basically the title. Happens everytime. Even the undo function doesn't help to
restore the pivot table, its just gone. some times even graphical bugs appear
where contents of another table are viewed on top of the former pivot table.
very weird.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open my file
2. Create drilldown from pivot (-> new table gets created)
3. delete new table


Actual Results:
Pivot table is no longer a pivot table

Expected Results:
Pivot table should still be a pivot table
