Skia / Raster on intel mac seems ok now: the scrollbar does not move at all while scrolling is in progress. Once scrolling stops it jumps to the correct location instantly. Scrolling by dragging the scrollbar also works better than in the screencast 2023-11-07. Is it fair to call this bug here fixed? I see an overall much improved situation ffor document scrolling on intel mac with skia / raster. The remaining issues should / could be handled in new issues.
