Description:
scrolling (using either keyboard or mouse methods) though a doc., the display
need several seconds to show a change. ditto with the next change. creates an
unusable situation.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start LibreOffice
2. open doc
3. attempt to use
Actual Results:
happens every time.
Expected Results:
happens every time.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
scrolled smoothly, like butter.
also started in safe mode, the problem persists.
