Also not reproducible. Marking as WFM.

ervin1970: How are you increasing/decreasing your bullets? With the stop
indicators on the tool bar (the triangle looking things)? If so, be careful
about which one you use, in general you should use the bottom one as it will
adjust the line correctly. If you use the top one and set it equal to the
bottom one, you'll see the tab stop come into play in which case you'll get
results similar to what you showed (which is expected).

If you think this is still a bug please provide additional steps (explain how
you do each step), then also please attach a test document that we can see the
issue.

After which case mark the bug as UNCONFIRMED and we will look again.
