                    paper
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.6.4.1 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal

          Assignee: [email protected]

Description:
I am a user promoter and tester of Libreoffice in Spanish from Colombia.

There is a printing conflict when I try to physically print a document, for
example, a spreadsheet created in horizontal or vertical Folio size. It happens
that this paper size (Folio) exists in LibreOffice, among the page sizes to
create and configure new documents, but it does not exist among the output
formats for printing. For that reason the result of physical printing is a
terrible misconfiguration of the physical document due to the mismatch between
the created page size (Folio) and the output page size for printing. Folio
paper size is a physical, institutional and commercial paper format, very
common in Colombia and in some Latin American countries such as Venezuela,
Bolivia, Chile, Guatemala and Panama, among others. In some of these countries
this paper size (Folio) is called "Oficio 2". This problem was partially solved
through Bug 123991. However, the problems continue when trying to print in that
size. This affects all Spanish versions of LibreOffice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a LibreOffice application in "Spanish", for example, LO Calc.
2. Open a document created in "Folio" page size, preferably in landscape
   orientation, covering the entire page.
3. Start the process to print that document.
4. On the right side of the Print window, under the "General" tab, look for the
"Page Layout" (“Disposición de página” en español) section. Then, in the "Paper
Size" (“Tamaño de Papel” en español) options, look for "Folio". Therein lies
the conflict: that output paper size is not found and this causes the printed
document to not match the digital document created in the "Folio" format.

Actual Results:
Incomplete printing of the document, although one or more physical sheets of
Folio paper are loaded in the printer. Disconfiguration of the content of the
physical document.

Expected Results:
Add Folio paper size among the output paper size options for printing.

Reproducible: Always
