When I save a document as RTF, the \page control is not saved (but \pagebb is).
I just pasted a document (from public domain) into LibreOffice.
I could not un-check the keep with next paragraph option (check-box was grayed
out).
I saved the document as RTF
I edited the document with notepad removing all the "\keep" controls
I re-opened it in LibreOffice and all is well.
