Document base template showing above bugs. Just read in 3.6.x /4.0.3 and
compare
Document variables, such as date(fixed), theme etc. display the variable name
and not the variable value.
Just try opening the attachment in 3.6.x and 4.0.3. By the way, the footer
format is also incorrect.
