Description:
Page numbers are not displayed correctly when opening various DOCX files
created in Microsoft Office Word (OK with Word 2016).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached sample file.
Actual Results:
In the header, 'PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT2' shows up. After hitting Ctrl + F9,
'Input field' shows up.
Expected Results:
Instead, page numbers should be displayed (this happens in MS Word 2016).
Reproducible: Always
