Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open
https://www.uni-bielefeld.de/verwaltung/dezernat-p-o/dokumente/hk-lehrbeauftragte/Arbeitszeitkonto_MiLoG.ods
2. Wait a minute before file opens
Actual Results:
60 seconds opening time
Expected Results:
5 seconds
