Form based Word document
Problem description: A set of forms downloaded from
http://www.prominadoresdesuenos.org do not import correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open
http://www.prominadoresdesuenos.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/application-form.doc
in LibreOffice.
2. If the same file is opened in Google Docs Viewer, the page formating is much
cleaner.
Current behavior: Tables and form fields are shifted on the page. Filling in
the form fields is difficult.
Expected behavior: Simple and easy to fill out form in the document.
