In my case, the problem appeared in version 22H2 windows 11 build 10.0.22621.2715 and persisted when i updated to version 23H2. The problem persists in build 10.0.22631.2861 win 11. This problem has also been reported in Bug 158139 in windows 11 version 23H2.
