Maybe the "Insert as" can (should?) be dropped for all options? 2. There is a discrepancy between the Navigator bar and the context menu for Drag Mode. (I prefer the Drag Mode version where Page, Chapter, Text appears first). 3. Maybe Reference should be "Cross-reference" 4.
