OK, I understand there could be some compatibility issues with old versions of
MS Office. But for now, there are compatibility issues with current versions of
MS Office (at least since MS Office 2016). SVG exported image are blurry.

So I think the benefits of this simple patch should be taken in consideration.
Or if you have a better solution, please apply it.
