This is a followup to bug 157484

When security warnings options are enabled in the Options - Security - Security
Options and Warnings dialog, an infobar is visible and the "Show Security
Options" button there can open the Options - Security settings page as seen on
attachment 190296.

However it would be more straightforward UX to show the Options - Security -
Security Options and Warnings dialog and not its parent tab page, with trusting
the user to know to click on the Options button.

1. Open attachment 189860
2. Go to Tools - Options, then Security - Options to open the Security Options
and Warnings dialog
3. Enable the "When Printing" warning, close the dialogs.
4. Press the Print button on the toolbar. The infobar with warning about 
5. Close the Print dialog
6. Press the "Show Security Options" button on the infobar
-> the Options - Security tab page opens.

This infobars button should take straight to the Security Options and Warnings
dialog.
