Yes, it is good, however, the only info I have is a French error message in a message box. I'm not and I have never been a Windows systems administrator, so further hints, msi install logs, etc. are most welcome. I'm afraid that I have to install Windows server myself, set up a domain, and so on, because otherwise the bug is not reproducible.
