Whiteboard. Keyword is too much bothering to enable, summary line is ... for the summary. Please document the tag: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/BugReport_Details#Whiteboard here. experimentalEnabled looks good. IMHO, "ExperimentalDisabled" is not a good idea as we will not tag all our bugs with it, thus you would need to check most issues anyway as it conveys no information.
