Today I modified Version 3.6.4.2 rc to "3.6.4.3 rc", because 3.6.4.2 has
been skipped

I doubt that there have been reports with "real 3.6.4.2 rc", if I am
wrong, for those few it won't be a problem to have them with "3.6.4.3
rc" Version
