Andras had already changed the status to New (plus some unintelligible message :) ). IMO this is a bug in the UI not in Linguistic. It is the dialog that is missing , it's not a problem with the translation of any word,a typo or a problem with the linguistic tools... If I'm wrong someone please change it back.
