Kohei, So confirmed at least as far back as 3.5.x, but probably some of the work you and Markus did Nov 2011 in lead up to 3.4.0
Issue is confirmed--and have set the bug to NEW. The issue is that when the AutoFilter buttons are cleared during a Sort--if there were any filters applied those details are lost from the AutoFilter buttons (the blue indicators on each button, and specifics of which elements were selected to filter) . Currently no way to recover that state detail, so you have to reassign the AutoFilter, and then unhide all rows, and only then the filter can be reapplied. Need some way to recover the filter state prior to the sort and reapply it to the AutoFilter buttons.
