Yes, this is true. You get "LibreOffice 4.2 is up to date." This is also true for Version: 4.2.1.1 and Version: 4.2.2.1
Also information hasn't been updated for branch 4.1 (which affects branch 4.0 and previous) but I guess this is the normal delay.
