Whatever you guys decide on this -- the text definitively need a hint

good point Bjoern. it will be done.
however keep in mind that a "do not change version field" alert is already
given in Bugzilla when a user changes version field to a more recent
version... despite this alert the users keep changing it since they do not
pay attention to those messages. :-(
