Have just tried it. Opened with Firefox within the browser.
My Cconfiguration: Firefox 35.0, OpenSUSE 13.2 64bit rpm Linux.

Opening a file inside a browser is a configration of your browser. Don't
know if this would be possible for a website to say: "No, the browser
shouldn't open this file. It must be downloaded."

Regards

Robert
