Hi! It is quite easy - it is implemented as Extension. The page template is extensions/WeeklyBugSummary/template/en/default/pages/weekly-bug-summary.html.tmpl. The code with SQL queries is extensions/WeeklyBugSummary/Extension.pm. Best regards.
