I think this is both too specific and too generic. On one side, valgrind is only one of available memory debuggers: there is also ASAN (granted, it requires a specific setup) or DrMemory on Windows. On the other side, memory checker is only one of the valgrind tools (albeit the default one). Maybe "want-memtrace" or "want-memcheck"? (I prefer the latter.)
